Arrow Arena – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Arrow Arena, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
• Each person may only operate one account. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed and may result in disqualification from leaderboards and/or account suspension.

3. Gameplay Rules

• Arrow Arena includes Arrow Puzzle and Color Flow, with hundreds of levels across both games and new levels added over time.
• Season Points (SP) are earned by completing levels, watching optional rewarded advertisements, and placing in Daily Tournaments.
• SP are a virtual in-game currency only. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real-world money or goods outside the app.
• SP can be spent within the app to enter Daily Tournaments and to purchase cosmetic items (themes and sound packs) from the SP Shop.
• Exploiting bugs, using automation tools, manipulating game data, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Monthly Championship

• Each calendar month is a Season. SP reset to zero at the start of each new Season.
• At the end of a Season, the leaderboard is locked and final rankings are calculated.
• The Top 5 eligible players receive a Season Points bonus credited directly to their account at season close (e.g. Rank 1: 1000 SP, Rank 2: 500 SP, Rank 3: 250 SP, Rank 4: 100 SP, Rank 5: 50 SP). These amounts are configurable by the developer and may change between seasons.
• To be eligible for an SP bonus, a player must not be flagged or disqualified for suspicious activity or Terms violations.
• SP bonuses carry no cash value and are subject to the same SP rules in Section 3.

5. Daily Tournament

• A new tournament is hosted every day. All participants solve the same puzzle level.
• Entering a tournament costs a fixed SP entry fee deducted from your balance at the time of entry.
• Entry fees are non-refundable once deducted, regardless of whether you complete the puzzle.
• Players are ranked by puzzle completion time (fastest first). The top 5 finishers earn SP rewards.
• SP rewards are credited to your account automatically after the tournament closes at midnight UTC.
• The entry fee and SP reward amounts may be adjusted by the developer at any time.

6. SP Shop

• The SP Shop offers cosmetic items (themes and sound packs) purchasable with Season Points.
• All SP Shop purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Purchased items are tied to your account and restored when you sign in on a new device.
• Cosmetic items have no effect on gameplay or competitive ranking.
• The developer may add, modify, or remove shop items and their SP prices at any time.

7. Advertisements

• Rewarded advertisements are optional. Watching a rewarded ad grants bonus SP.
• We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Ad content is governed by Google's ad policies.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, game progress, Season Points, leaderboard entries, and SP Shop purchases. Any unspent SP is forfeited upon deletion.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms or change game features (including SP reward amounts, entry fees, shop items, and tournament rules) at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Arrow Arena is provided "as is." The developer is not liable for any loss of game progress, SP, tournament entries, SP Shop purchases, or data caused by service interruptions, device issues, Firebase outages, or third-party failures. SP have no monetary value; no financial compensation will be issued for any loss of SP under any circumstances.

11. Termination

Accounts found in violation of these Terms may be suspended or permanently banned without notice. Any SP balance or SP Shop items in a terminated account are forfeited.
