1. Introduction

Arrow Arena ("we", "our", or "the app") is a puzzle game developed and operated by an independent developer. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

2. Data We Collect

Account & Profile

• Google account name, email address, and profile photo (collected when you sign in with Google)
• A unique user ID assigned by Firebase Authentication

Game Data

• Levels completed and highest level reached
• Season Points (SP) balance and monthly leaderboard rank
• Number of rewarded ads watched
• Daily Tournament entry and completion time
• Cosmetic items purchased from the SP Shop (theme and sound pack IDs)

Device & Performance Data

• Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics
• Anonymous usage events such as level start/complete and ad interactions via Firebase Analytics
• General device information (OS version, app version) attached to crash reports

3. How We Use Your Data

• To save and sync your game progress across devices
• To operate the Monthly Championship leaderboard and credit SP bonuses to top-5 players at season close
• To manage Daily Tournament entry, standings, and SP rewards
• To track and restore SP Shop purchases across devices
• To show optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob
• To diagnose crashes and improve game stability
• To understand aggregate gameplay trends and improve the game

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the following third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics)
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Google Sign-In (authentication)

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion removes your profile, game progress, Season Points, leaderboard entries, and SP Shop purchases.

6. Children's Privacy

Arrow Arena is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Security

We use Firebase's industry-standard security infrastructure to store and protect your data. All scoring and SP economy operations are processed server-side through Cloud Functions — clients cannot directly modify scores, SP balances, or purchase records.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last Updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
